填充柱气相色谱法测定卷烟及烟气中的薄荷醇
Determination of Menthol in Cigarette and Smoke by Packed Column GC Method

摘要: 建立了以正十七碳烷为内标物,异丙醇为萃取剂,150~190μm(80~100目)酸洗的硅烷化担体上涂渍10%PEG20M+2%KOH为固定相,采用填充柱气相色谱仪测定卷烟和烟气中薄荷醇含量的方法。并采用该法测定了6种卷烟的烟丝、滤嘴、烟气粒相物以及燃吸后的烟蒂中薄荷醇含量。实验结果表明,薄荷醇与内标物或其他组分均分离完全,且峰形良好,平均回收率和RSD分别达到100.4%和1.98%。Abstract: A method for determining menthol in cigarette and its smoke was established by n-heptadecane as an internal standard, iso-propanol as an extracting solvent, and GC with a column packed with acid silicified burden coated by 10% PEG20M+2% KOH was also used. The contents of menthol in cut tobacco, total particulate matter, filter and butt end of six brands of cigarette were determined by the method. The results showed that the menthol was completely separated with the internal standard and other components and profiles of the peaks were well. The average recovery and relative standard deviation of the method were about 100.4% and 1.98%, respectively.
