Abstract: Direct current speed regulation system and thyristor voltage regulation technology in SSD system were used in knife roller speed regulation system of RC-4 cutter, the buildup, structure and working principle were analyzed. The causes and treatments of common faults of SSD DC speed regulation system were explained in detail.
