制丝线润叶加料流量控制系统的改造

Imprvoment of Casing Control System in Primary Processing

  • 摘要: 针对制丝线润叶加料处的流量波动较大且控制精度低的问题,对电子皮带秤前的喂料机进行了改进:①喂料机的进料方式改为步进式进料,并安装3对光电开关,以保证物料的连续性;②增加了喂料机变频驱动和速度联动,以调节物料输送速度。改进后叶片流量和加料流量都控制在5%的误差范围内,加料精度也得到了提高,达到了稳定润叶加料流量控制的目的。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problems of flow fluctuation and low control accuracy at casing stage in the primary processing line, the feeder of electronic weighing belt was modified, including 1) adopting step type tobacco feeding, and adding 3 pairs of optoelectronic switches to ensure the continuity of tobacco flow; 2) adopting frequency conversion drive and speed linkage to regulate tobacco feeding speed. After improvement, the flow deviations of both lamina and casing were controlled under 5%, the accuracy of casing was increased.
