Abstract: Aimed at the problem of comprehensive pipelines arrangement in the primary processing shop of Hefei cigarette factory, a pipeline corridor (integrated pipeline racks) was specially designed for accommodating various industrial pipelines. The pipeline corridor was located along the interior sides of primary processing shop, the pipelines were orderly arranged in the corridor, while the positions of some pipelines were integrated. The width of pipeline corridor was 3.8m, and the height was 6.6m. The problem of pipeline crossing was solved, the arrangement of pipelines was more reasonable, space-saving, and ease for pipe installation and maintenance.
