Abstract: The causes of low effective rejecting rate of air leaked cigarette and frequent detecting cap damage in ZN9 on line cigarette detecting unit were analyzed. The solutions were:cutting off detecting air timely by improving the air pressure detecting circuit; using detecting cap with good elasticity, and examining and cleaning detecting cap, tube and drum regularly.
