农药混剂对烟草蚜虫的联合毒力测定

Determination of Associated Toxicity of Mixed Pesticides to Myzus persicae (Sulzer)

  • 摘要: 在确定的测定条件下,采用孙云沛共毒系数法对9种杀虫剂的10个组合对烟蚜的联合毒力进行了测定。结果表明,共毒系数大于100,有增效作用的组合有:"功夫"+"敌敌畏"、"灭蚜宁"+"敌百虫"、"敌杀死"+"敌百虫"、"西维因"+"敌百虫"和"功夫"+"敌杀死",其共毒系数分别为822.4、795.5、708.3、400.9和307.1;其余5个组合共毒系数小于100,表明有拮抗作用。有增效作用的组合可做进一步的室内及田间小区试验。

     

    Abstract: The indoor associated toxicity of 10 different mixtures of 9 pesticides to Myzus persicae (Sulzer) were determined by Sun co-toxicity coefficient method. Synergism was found in five mixtures of Kungfu+DDVP, Mieyaning+Dipterex, Decis+Dipterex, Carbaryl+Dipterex and Kungfu+Decis, their co-toxicity coefficients were 822.4,795.5,708.3,400.9 and 307.1, respectively. Antagonism was found in the others, their co-toxicity coefficient were below 100. The synergic mixtures promise further indoor and field trials.
