降果胶菌改善烟叶品质研究

Improving Tobacco Quality with Pectin-degrading Microorganisms

  • 摘要: 为降低烟叶的细胞壁物质和果胶质含量,改善烟叶的吸味品质,采用从优质烟叶上分离的降果胶质菌株DPE-005产生的果胶酶对上部烤烟烟叶进行了处理试验。结果表明:经酶处理后烟叶的细胞壁物质和果胶质含量均有所降低,吸味品质得到改善。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the cell wall substances and pectin and improve its smoking quality, the upper leaf of flue-cured tobacco was treated with pectinase obtained from strain DPE-005 isolated from quality tobacco leaves. The results showed that the treated tobacco contained less cell wall substances and pectin and its smoking quality was improved significantly.
