车距和帘子高度对步进型烤房中温湿度的影响

Influence of Trolley Distance and Curtain Height on Temperature and Humidity in Stepping Type Flue-curing Barn

  • 摘要: 为提高气流平移步进型烤房的烟叶烘烤质量,根据该类烤房中帘子的位置将变黄区分为变黄前区和变黄后区;将定色区分为定色前区和定色后区。测试了不同烟车车距条件下空间位置上的温湿度分布,确定的影响温湿度分布的烟车车距在上述4个区的适宜调整范围依次为:30~35cm、25~30cm、15~20cm、10~15cm。在确定各区烘烤烟车车距的情况下,测试了帘子高度变化对空间位置上各点的温湿度影响,确定的影响气流走势、排湿是否顺畅和温湿度分布的最佳帘子高度为:变黄前区120cm,变黄后区90cm,定色前区60cm,定色后区50cm。实践证明,选择上述烟车车距和帘子高度能够提高烟叶烘烤质量,增加上等烟比例。

     

    Abstract: To improve the quality of cured leaf, the yellowing section was divided into front and rear yellowing sections, the colour-fixing section was divided into front and rear colour-fixing sections according to the positions of curtains in the advecting airflow stepping type flue-curing barn. The temperature and humidity distribution in the barn was determined at different trolley distances. The suitable ranges of trolley distance in the four sections were 30-35cm, 25-30cm, 15-20cm, and 10-15cm, respectively. The optimum heights of curtains which influenced air current, damp dissipation,temperature and humidity distribution in the barn determined at the suitable trolleydistances was 120cm in front yellowing section, 90cm in rear yellowing section, 60cm in front colour-fixing section and 50cm in rear colour-fixing section. The quality of cured leaf was improved and the proportion of high quality leaves was increased while the trolley distances and curtain heights were properly set.
