Abstract:
In order to investigate the strains of tobacco virus diseases and select more effective chemicals, studies were conducted in Fujian Province from 2001 to 2002. The control tests in plots were carried out using 4% Cytosintetidemycin at a dilution of 400, 3% Messenger at a dilution of 1% -2%, 22% Jinyebao at a dilution of 400, 3 95% Ribaririn at a dilution of 500, 5% Fanbingdu at a dilution of 500 and water (CK), and a control demonstration in small areas was also conducted using 4% Cytosintetidemycin at a dilution of 400. 109 leaf samples were detected with ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immunosorbant Assays) method. The results showed that 104 samples were infected by TMV, and detection rate was 95.4%; 35 samples were infected by CMV, and detection rate was 32 1%; 9 samples were infected by PVY, and detection rate was 8.3%; 6 samples were infected by TEV, and detection rate was 5.5%. Of all samples, 73 samples were singly infected by TMV, accounting for 67.0%; 2 samples were singly infected by CMV, accounting for 1.8%; 34 samples were complexly infected, accounting for 31 2%. The investigation indicated that cultivars in order of resistance was K 326 < Yunyan 85 < Cuibi 1. In the plot tests, the control effects of Cytosintetidemycin, Ribaririn, Jinyebao, Messenger, and Fanbingdu were 57 7% -73 0%, 41.1% -60.2%, 36.6% -44.4%, 22.7% -54.2% and 33.1-38.4%, respectively. In the demonstration of small areas, the control effect of Cytosintetidemycin was 67.5% -96.3%.
