统计学原理在制丝质量监控中的应用

  • 摘要: 为了充分发挥制丝车间工艺参数集中监控系统功能,对生产质量进行有效的实时监控,在原监控系统功能的基础上,利用统计学原理,加入了标准偏差和正态分布概率的计算公式。采用正态分布概率对采集数据进行计算可准确反映出产品的加工精度,有利于进一步提高产品质量。

     

    Abstract: In order to bring the functions of the centralized processing parameter monitoring system in primary workshop into full play and carry out effective real-time monitor on production quality, the formulas for standard deviation and normal distribution probability calculation based on statistics theory were added. Normal distribution probability well reflected the processing precision and promised further improvement of production quality.
