香料烟烟籽的分析与应用研究

Analysis and Application of Oriental Tobacco Seed

  • 摘要: 从1998年至今,云南省保山香料烟有限责任公司每年都会生产约150~300t香料烟烟籽,而这些烟籽一直都没有加以利用。为了寻找综合利用这些烟籽的方法,对香料烟烟籽中的油脂、脂肪酸、氨基酸和香味成分进行了分析,并用其萃取物及其深加工产品——梅拉德反应产物进行了卷烟加香试验。结果表明:①香料烟烟籽中含有约39.48%的油脂,可以作为一种很好的潜在油料资源;②香料烟烟籽中含有约13.6%的氨基酸,既可作为一种良好的食品或饲料资源,又可作为梅拉德反应的原料;③香料烟烟籽中含有一些香味物质,可以通过溶剂萃取,制成酊剂、浸膏或净油等,用于卷烟加香加料有增进烟香、醇和烟气的作用;④烟籽酊或浸膏可进一步加工成梅拉德反应产物。这些反应产物用于卷烟加香,可以丰满烟香,掩盖杂气,但也会带来些粗刺感。结论是香料烟籽无论是作为卷烟添加剂提取物的原料,还是作为油料、食品或饲料资源,都有较好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: About 150-300 tons of oriental tobacco seed annually produced in Baoshan Oriental Tobacco Co., Ltd. since 1998 had not been used. In order to use these seed comprehensively, the amino acid, lipid, fatty acid and aroma components in the seed were analyzed and cigarettes added with the extract of the seed and its further processed product, Maillard reaction products, were evaluated by panelists. The results were as follows. 1) The concentration of lipids was about 39.48%, the seed could be an excellent potential oil material. 2) The content of amino acids was approximately 13.6%, the seed could be both a good food or feed material and the raw material of Maillard reaction. 3) The seed contained some aroma components, which could be extracted with solvents to produce tincture, concrete or absolute oil. The tincture or concrete could be used as tobacco flavorings or casings to enhance the flavor of cigarette smoke and eliminate offensive odor. 4) The tincture or concrete could be further processed to produce Maillard reaction products, which enriched the flavor and masked offensive odor of, but brought some harshness to the cigarette smoke when the products were applied to cigarettes. The conclusion was that there would be a good prospect for oriental tobacco seed to be used as materials of cigarette additive, oil, food or feed.
