Abstract: The techniques of flue-cured tobacco seedling growing with float system in shed, including the preparation of seedling growing material, construction of shed and seedling bed, formulation of medium and specific fertilizer, sowing, fertilization and management, and etc, were introduced. The seedbed managements were as follows:controlling the temperature and moisture in shed by the opening of vents, pulling abnormal seedlings at two true leaves stage, clipping at 5-6 true leaves stage, hardening at 8-9 true leaves stage, enhancing the control of diseases and pests, and so on.
