牵伸倍数对烟用聚丙烯丝束性能的影响

Effect of Draw-ratio on the Properties of Polypropylene Tow for Cigarette Filter

  • 摘要: 研究了喷丝板和牵伸倍数对烟用聚丙烯丝束性能的影响。实验结果表明:用喷丝孔截面积小的B喷丝板纺制的纤维结晶度高、断裂比功小、切割性能好、成棒率高,更适合于烟用聚丙烯丝束的生产。经热处理后的聚丙烯丝束的纤维性能在后牵伸倍数为2.0前后变化较大,在后牵伸倍数大于2.0时,随后牵伸倍数的增加断裂比功减小,声速取向增大,切割性能改善。

     

    Abstract: The effects of spinneret and draw-ratio on the properties of polypropylene(PP)cigarette tow were studied.The results showed that PP fibers spun by the spinneret with smaller orifices had higher crystallinity, smaller breaking-power per dtex and better cutting property.After heat treatment, the properties of PP fibers changed significantly when post-draw-ratio was 2.0:1 or so.When post-draw-ratio was over 2.0:1, the breaking-power per dtex decreased and the sound-velocity orientation increased with the increase of post-draw-ratio.
