Abstract: A temperature controller circuit based on single chip computer designed for HFC filter rod maker was presented, using Pt100 thermistor as temperature sensor with PWM output.The range of temperature was 0 -200℃ by controlling the temperature of 6 heating elements, and the steady-state error was less than 1.5℃.It could be used independently, or as an intelligent I/O interface to communicate with a higher level computer.The structure of hardware was simple.
