Improvement of Real-time Monitoring in SRM90 Weight Control System

摘要: 通过对PROTOS 70卷接机组SRM90重量控制系统工作原理的分析,设计了一个实时监控电路,实现了及时发现SRM90死机以及核扫描器快门不能正常开启的情况,保证了烟支重量的受控,降低了因烟支重量不达标而引起的烟丝浪费。

Abstract: A real-time monitoring circuit was designed via analyzing the working principle of SRM90 weight control system in PROTOS 70 filter cigarette making machine.The lockup and the nuclear scanner shutter misfunction in SRM90 could be found in time, the control of cigarette weight was ensured and the waste of cut tobacco caused by abnormal cigarette weight was decreased.
