高速卷接机组紧头相位自动跟踪及重量控制系统国产化开发

Localized Development of Dense-end Position Automatic Tracking and Weight Control System in High Speed Cigarette Making Machine

  • 摘要: 针对几种卷接机组中存在的无法对烟支紧头相位偏移进行动态调整、烟支的平均重量控制精度低、烟支标准偏差较大等问题,对卷接机组中相应的控制系统进行了国产化技术改造,包括紧头相位自动跟踪控制;平均重量控制;数据采集管理。利用工业控制计算机、PLC、增量式轴编码器等实现烟支密度曲线的控制和显示、紧头相位自动跟踪以及烟支平均重量控制,并为数字化、双向通讯网络联接预留接口。经实际运行取得了较好的应用效果,紧头相位自动调整精度可达<1.28mm水平。

     

    Abstract: The control systems of cigarette making and filter assembling machine combination were improved, including automatic tracking control of dense-end position, control of average weight, and data collection and management.The control and display of rod density profile, automatic tracking of dense-end position and control of rod average weight were realized with industrial control computer, PLC and incremental axis encoder.And the interfaces were reserved for digital two-way communication network connection.The deviation of dense-end position was less than 1.28mm.
