用ICP-MS法测定卷烟烟气中的重金属元素

Determination of Heavy Metal Elements in Cigarette Smoke by Inductive Coupling Plasma-Mass Spectroscopy

  • 摘要: 用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法定量分析了4种卷烟烟气中Pb、Cd、Cr、Hg和Ni 5种重金属元素的含量,其CV值绝大多数小于5%,回收率在89.3%~105.0%之间。ICP-MS方法具有同时分析多种含量在ng/L~mg/L范围内的元素,分析速度快,样品前处理简单,干扰少等优点。

     

    Abstract: The contents of five heavy metal elements, which were lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and nickel, in the mainstream smoke of four brands of cigarettes were determined by inductive coupling plasma-mass spectroscopy (ICP-MS).Most of the coefficients of variation for these trace elements were below 5%.The recoveries of these elements were from 89.3%to 105.0%.By this method, many trace elements could be analyzed quickly and simultaneously, the preparatory treatment of samples was simple, and the interference was low.
