双甲脒与氰戊菊酯或氯氰菊酯混用对烟蚜的药效

Insecticide Effects of Amitraz Mixing with Fenvalerate or Cypermethrin against Myzus persicae (Sulzer)

摘要: 用浸渍法测定了双甲脒与氰戊菊酯或氯氰菊酯混用对烟蚜Myzus persicae (Sulzer)的毒力。结果表明,当双甲脒与氰戊菊酯以1:2、1:5和2:1的比例混用时表现为药效增效作用,其中以1:2配比共毒系数最大。当双甲脒与氯氰菊酯以1:1、1:2、2:1和5:1的比例混用时表现为药效增效作用,其中以1:1配比共毒系数最大。并对双甲脒与拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂混用防治蚜虫的配比进行了讨论。

Abstract: The synergistic toxicities of mixed insecticides, Amitraz with Fenvalerate or Cypermethrin, for Myzus persicae (Sulzer) were determined with immersion method.The results showed that the synergistic effects of the insecticides were enhanced when the ratios of Amitraz to Fenvalerate were 1:2, 1:5 and 2:1, and those of Amitraz to Cypermenthrin were 1:1, 1:2, 2:1 and 5:1.The highest co-toxicity coefficients were achieved when the ratios of Amitraz to Fenvalerate and Cypermenthrin were 1:2 and 1:1 respectively.The control of Myzus persicae (Sulzer) with mixture of Amitraz and pyrethroids was also studied.
