Abstract:
The aroma components in same tobacco flavor were extracted with simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) and solid phase micro-extraction methods (SPME), identified by GC-MS and analyzed by GC, respectively. The contents, repeatability and quantitative data of the aroma components extracted by these two ways were compared. The results showed that the number and repeatability of the aroma components extracted with SDE were higher than those with SPME, and the coefficients of variation of the components extracted with SDE were less than those with SPME.So SDE was more suitable for quantitatively analyzing the aroma components in tobacco flavor. There were several advantages in qualitatively analyzing the aroma components with SPME, including rapidity, simplicity and nondestructive extraction.
