烤烟托盘假植育苗与直播漂浮育苗对比试验

Comparative Experiment on Seedling Growing of Flue-cured Tobacco in Plastic Tray and Float System

  • 摘要: 对烤烟托盘假植育苗和直播漂浮育苗方式进行了对比试验。①苗期试验表明:在温室条件下,漂浮育苗的各生育时期天数均少于托盘育苗,有效积温(≥ 10℃)低于托盘育苗;漂浮育苗所育烟苗的地上部干物质积累量大于托盘育苗,茎直径和干质量均高于托盘育苗;根系活力则是托盘育苗高于漂浮育苗。②水分胁迫试验与大田试验表明:托盘育苗所育烟苗对干旱胁迫的适应性明显优于漂浮育苗,而漂浮育苗生产的烟叶产量和评吸品质略优于托盘育苗。目前,漂浮育苗所育烟苗根系活力较低,移栽后还苗期长,对干旱胁迫的适应性差,是限制其在北方旱作烟区推广的关键因素。

     

    Abstract: The comparative experiments on growing seedling of flue-cured tobacco in plastic tray and float system were carried out in 2000-2001.The results of seedling trials in greenhouse showed that:in the float system, the seedling growth period were shorter, the effective accumulated temperature(≥ 10℃) was lower, the rates of dry matter accumulated in aerial part was higher, and the diameter and dry weight of stem were thicker and heavier;but the root system activity of seedlings was higher in the plastic tray.The results of water stress and field trials showed that:the seedlings from plastic tray were more adaptable to water stress, however, the yield and smoking quality of tobacco leaf produced by float system were higher slightly.At present, the major factors that limited the popularization of float system in the dry farming areas in the north of Chinawere lower root system activity, longer resuscitation period after transplanting and poor adaptability to water stress.
