Dynamic Simulation of High Speed Cigarette-Cutting Support System

  • 摘要: 基于机械系统动力学仿真原理,提出了一种集计算机辅助设计、有限元分析、机构运动仿真于一体的新方法。在ADAMS软件环境下,建立了ADAMS与ANSYS之间的双向数据传输,并对高速卷烟机烟支切割装置虚拟模型系统进行了动力学分析,取得了满意的效果。

     

    Abstract: Based on the dynamic simulation theory of mechanical system, a new method that integrated computer aided design(CAD), finite elements analysis(FEA)and mechanic system simulation(MSS)technology was presented. A two-way model data exchange between ANSYS and ADAMS was established to under Adams environment, and dynamic analysis of the virtual prototype of a high speed cigarette-cutting support system was carried out and the parameters responded by the model were highly agreed with the test data.
