Discussion on Mixing of Solid Materials in Tobacco Primary Processing

摘要: 为提高烟草加工中固体物料混合的均匀性,介绍了固体混合和混合状态的表示、检测计算方法以及影响混合均匀性的主要因素。在此基础上,探讨了打叶复烤和制丝过程中配方叶组的混合,并针对影响物料混合均匀性的主要因素提出了相关的意见和建议。

Abstract: The mixing conception of solid materials, the expression of mixing status, the determining methods and the major factors influencing the mixing uniformity were simply introduced.The blending of tobacco leaves in the threshing and redrying and the primary processing was discussed.The major factors influencing the mixing of tobacco were analyzed and some solutions of the mixing problems existed in the tobacco processing were proposed.
