摘要: 原YJ17卷烟机刀盘顶杆机构由于密封件高温变形及零件加工精度方面的原因,进刀机构动作可靠性不高,通过对该机构进气室结构的设计进行改进,有效地提高了顶杆工作的可靠性。

Abstract: The movement of the knife advance mechanism in the knife head of the original YJ17 cigarette making machine was not reliable due to the distortion of seal parts at high-temperature and insufficient parts' precision. The movement reliability of the knife advance mechanism could be effectively improved by modifying the structure of its air inlet chamber.
