摘要: 传统的工艺规程设计完全依赖工艺人员的经验编制完成,工艺设计合理化程度较低。运用成组技术原理,把现有零件按照其几何形状或工艺的相似性归类成族,建立零件族主样件的典型工艺规程库及标准工艺规程库,并按零件的编码作为关键词存入系统数据库和数据文件中。在编制新工艺时,先对新零件进行编码,在已有的主样件库中进行检查,然后进入交互式编辑器进行编辑修改,就可完成新零件的工艺规程设计。使用CAPP系统能对MRPⅡ制造数据系统、CAD/CAM系统起到上引下联的作用,对管理科学化、信息化,制造过程的迅捷化奠定了基础。Abstract: According to systematic principle, the machine parts were classified by their geometrical figure or processing comparability, and the databases of technical schedule and standard were established. Parts' code were also saved in system database and data file. When a new machining schedule was compiled, the new parts to be processed were coded and compared with major parts retrieved from the database, and the data was edited and modified in the CAPP system, the new machining schedule was finished. The CAPP system could connect with MPRⅡ data system and CAD/CAM system.
