Supplying Mode and Parameter Setting of Pneumatic Systems in LOF/MAX-S and LOGA/MAX-D Cigarette Making and Filter Assembling Machine Combinations

摘要: 对LOF/MAX-S、LOGA/MAX-D卷接机组的2种风力供给系统的稳定性和可靠性进行了分析,并对2种风力供给方式的应用效果进行了比较,发现多机组风力集中供给与除尘是LOF/MAX-S、LOGA/MAX-D卷接机组工艺风力的合理供给方式,并给出了该方式风力供给的参数。

Abstract: The stability and reliability of pneumatic supplying systems in LOF/MAX-S and LOGA/MAX-D cigarette making and filter assembling machine combinations were analyzed, and the efficiencies of the two systems were compared.It was found that centralization of pneumatic supplying and dust removing was a reasonable way for multiple LOF/MAX-S and LOGA/MAX-D cigarette making and filter assembling machine combinations.The parameters of these pneumatic supplying systems were presented.
