Abstract: The analysis of carbohydrates by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE), including capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE), capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE)and micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC), etc., and its application in tobacco industry were simply introduced.
