前作的根际物质及根际微生物对烤烟生长的影响研究

Effect of Root Exudates and Rhizospheric Microorganism of Front Crop on Growth of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要: 研究了小麦和油菜的根际物质和根际微生物对烤烟生长的影响。结果表明,小麦和油菜根系浸提液对烟株生长有促进作用,油菜根际土壤中的细菌和真菌对烟株生长的促进作用优于小麦根际土壤中的细菌和真菌,其中以真菌效果最好。

Abstract: Effects of root exudates and rhizospheric microorganism of wheat and rape on growth of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that 1)the extraction from roots and rhizospheric microorganism of wheat and rape could promote the growth of tobacco plants, 2)effect of the bacteria and fungus, particularly the fungus from rape rhizosphere soils was better than that from wheat's.
