Abstract: According to the technical reconstruction principle of electric control system, electric control schemes of processing line in tobacco redrying factory were comprehensively analyzed and assessed in order to single out the most suitable control model.Based on the actual conditions of the factory, it was suggested that in tobacco redrying factory the form of remote branch station equipped with standardized programs was preferable, and the standardization of the programs at equipment control level would facilitate the maintenance and management of equipment and electric control systems, and thus stabilize and improve product quality.
