Abstract: A stored-tobacco data management system was programmed on the basis of construction theory of management information system applying the two major modules of cigarette leaf blend daily management and 3-year rolling plan, whereby the reasonable usage and orderly purchase of tobacco were realized, stability of cigarette blend, steady improvement of cigarette quality, and effective control of blend cost were achieved.
