温度对烟田斜纹夜蛾实验种群的影响

Effect of Temperature on Laboratory Population of Spodoptera Litura (Fabricius)in Tobacco Fields

  • 摘要: 研究了温度对斜纹夜蛾的发育、存活、生殖、种群参数和种群趋势指数的影响。结果表明,在17~32℃范围内,斜纹夜蛾的发育速率随温度上升呈逻辑斯蒂曲线趋势。得出了该虫卵的孵化率、幼虫、蛹的存活率、成虫产卵量和种群趋势指数与温度变化的回归关系式。通过不同温度下实验种群参数的比较,得出:26℃时内禀增长力(rm)最大,为0.156 8,29℃次之(rm=0.135 2),确定最适温度范围为23~26℃。高温和低温不利于种群的生长发育,在32℃时,各虫态存活率及成虫产卵量急剧下降。

     

    Abstract: Effect of temperature on development, survival, reproduction, population parameter and population trend index of Spodoptera litura (Fabricius)were studied. The results showed that under temperature conditions in the range of 17 -32℃, the development rate changed as logistic curve with the increase of temperature. The regression equations of the rate of hatching, the survivals of larvae and, fecundity of adults and population trend indices with the temperature were established. The intrinsic capacity of increase (rm=0.156 8)was the highest at 26℃, the next(rm=0.135 2)was at 29℃. The most favorable temperature of development fell in the range from 23℃ to 26℃. The higher and lower temperatures were unfavorable conditions for the living of this insect. At 32℃, survival rates of each stage declined sharply.
