Abstract: The development of collection devices for sidestream smoke of cigarette, the differences of some physical and chemical parameters between mainstream and sidestream smoke, the distribution ratio of some components in mainstream and sidestream smoke, and the relationship between sidestream cigarette smoke and environmental tobacco smoke were briefly reviewed.
