Abstract: The groups, distribution, occurrence conditions and most distinctive symptoms of major diseases, such as anthracnose, damping-off, chicory leaf spot of tobacco, and the species, distribution and population dynamics of major pests, such as under-ground pests (mole crickets, cutworms, wireworms and green leaf beetle, etc.)and Aphid green peach etc.in seedling stage were introduced.Comprehensive control methods were as follows:1) choosing right seedbed; 2)disinfecting soil, fertilizers and instruments; 3)selecting un-infected seeds; 4)enhancing seedbed management; and 5)applying of agricultural chemicals.
