“棉烟灵”防治烟青虫、斜纹夜蛾和烟蚜试验

Experiments on the Control of Heliothis assulta (Guenee), Spodoptera litura (Fabricius)and Myzus persicae (Sulzer)with NPV Preparation

摘要: 2000-2001年进行了利用病毒制剂"棉烟灵"防治烟青虫、斜纹夜蛾和烟蚜研究。结果表明,"棉烟灵"对烟青虫有较好防效,对斜纹夜蛾无效。"棉烟灵"加辛硫磷的混剂对烟蚜有兼治作用。"棉烟灵"在田间的持效达36d左右,药效呈线性递减,每天递减率为3.14%,防效与烟青虫幼虫密度无关。依靠烟青虫幼虫的移动来实现病毒的扩散范围有限,幼虫感染病毒后的第5d达到死亡高峰。

Abstract: Field experiments on the control of Heliothis assulta (Guenee), Spodoptera litura (Fabricius)and Myzus persicae (Sulzer)with NPV preparation were conducted in 2000 and 2001. The results showed that NPV had good control effect for the Heliothis assulta (Guenee), and little effect for Spodoptera litura (Fabricius), the mixture of NPV and phoxim could concurrently control Myzus persicae (Sulzer). Effective period of NPV in field was about 36 days, control effect reduced linearly by 3.14% per day. The control effect had no relation with pest population. The spread range of the virus by larva moving was limited. The mortality of larva reached maximum on the fifth day after application of the NPV preparation.
