卷烟及烟气中薄荷醇含量的测定

Determination of Menthol in Filter, Filler and Smoke of Cigarette

摘要: 以乙醇为溶剂,苯甲酸正丙酯为内标,采用毛细管气相色谱法测定了4种薄荷型卷烟的烟丝、滤嘴及烟气中薄荷醇的含量,并对4种超低焦油卷烟样品的薄荷醇添加部位、含量进行了比较。还测定了该法的精密度和准确度,结果为:RSD为0.24%~0.86%,平均回收率为100%。

Abstract: Using ethanol as a solvent and n-propyl benzoate as an internal standard, the content of menthol in filter, filler and smoke of four brands of cigarette was determined by capillary gas chromatography.Menthol in filter and filler of four brands of extra low tar cigarette was compared.The precision and accuracy of this method were also determined.RSD of the method was about 0.24% to 0.86% and average recovery was almost 100%.
