微乳液介质萃取烟碱试验
Experiments on Extraction of Nicotine in Microemulsion Medium

摘要: 研究了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的微乳液或乳状液介质对将烟碱从水相转移到油相中的萃取效率的影响,发现微乳液介质对烟碱萃取率的影响显著高于乳状液介质,且CTMAB体系高于SDS体系。还研究了萃取时间和正丁醇(助表面活性剂)用量对烟碱萃取率的影响。Abstract: The effects of microemulsion or emulsion medium of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB)and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)on extraction efficiency of nicotine were studied.The results showed that extraction efficiency of nicotine in the microemulsion medium was obviously higher than that in the emulsion medium and the effect of CTMAB microemulsion was greater than that of SDS system.The effects of extracting time and addition amount of n-butanol on extraction efficiency of nicotine were also investigated.It was found that extraction efficiency of nicotine was higher when the extracting time was 20 minutes and the proportion of n-butanol in the microemulsion was about 25% (v/v).
