Abstract: For the development of processing technology and more objectively evaluate the processing quality, a new method for evaluating the quality at major processing stages was established by combining the physical criteria with sensory tests, by which the setting and optimization of the technical parameters and the control of smoking quality of products in the course of processing were achieved.
