摘要: 为适应我国卷烟生产技术发展的需要,更客观全面地判定在制品各工序的加工品质,将感官品质指标引入卷烟生产工序品质评价体系。新制定的卷烟生产工序品质评价方法将物理指标与感官品质指标结合起来进行评价,为各工序工艺技术参数的设置与优化提供了一种新方法,对实现产品在加工过程中感官品质的可控性具有指导意义。Abstract: For the development of processing technology and more objectively evaluate the processing quality, a new method for evaluating the quality at major processing stages was established by combining the physical criteria with sensory tests, by which the setting and optimization of the technical parameters and the control of smoking quality of products in the course of processing were achieved.
