Discussion on Efficiency of Cigarette Case Automatic Dispatching System

  • 摘要: 介绍了成品烟箱全自动发货系统基本模式并对其发货效率进行了比较,对于影响发货效率的主要因素——品种排序发货进行了详细讨论。研究发现:①采用2个通道同时发货时,选择均衡发货模式,则效率较低;②采用2个通道同时发货时,若参与发货的拆码机器人达5台,则发货效率最高;③当要求系统发货能力达到2万件/8h,应设置发货通道5个,拆码机器人5台,装车人员4组。在实际应用中,应遵循发货效率最高的原则,保证每车装车时间最短,尽量减少机器人拆码等待时间和换车等待时间。

     

    Abstract: The basic modes of cigarette case automatic dispatching system were introduced, and their efficiencies were compared.Version-sequence dispatching, the main factor influencing dispatching efficiency, was discussed in detail.The results showed that:1)when 2 passages were used at the same time, the efficiency of the equalized dispatching mode was lower;while 5 unstacking robots took part in dispatching, the efficiency was the highest;2) when the requested throughput of the system was up to twenty thousand cases per 8 hours, 5 passages, 5 unstacking robots and four groups of loaders should be assigned.In practical application, the principle of the highest dispatching efficiency should be followed, so as to ensure loading every truck in the shortest time, and enable the waiting time of robots' unstacking and vehicle changing as short as possible.
