摘要: 简要综述了烟叶成熟度与其化学成分相关性的主要研究工作进展,着重对烟叶成熟度与化学成分、香味前体及香味物质等方面作了评述。

Abstract: The progress in relationship between maturity of tobacco-leaf and its chemical composition was briefly reviewed.It was mainly focused on the relationships beween the maturity of tobacco and its leaf chemical composition, the flavor precursors and the aroma components.
