Abstract: In order to solve the problem of tear tape misalignment in YB59A packet wrapping machine, the tear tape device was moved wholly from the left side to the right side of the machine, the hot melt adhesive applicator was dismantled, and the adhering station of tear tape was shifted rearward.Thus the rate of correctly adhered tear tape was increased greatly, and the defects of misaligned tear tape were dropped from 28.36% to 2.23%.
