Abstract: The biological characteristics and distribution of Pasteuria in Wulong County, and its application for controlling tobacco root-knot nematodes were introduced in detail.The control of tobacco root-knot nematodes by rotating with rice and maize was also described.The demonstration showed that tobacco root-knot nematodes were effectively controlled by Pasteuria or rotation.
