固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱指纹图谱鉴别仿冒品牌卷烟
Identification of Counterfeit Cigarettes by SPME-GC-MS Fingerprint Spectrum

摘要: 用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用方法测定了2种国产名牌卷烟和仿冒卷烟的挥发性和半挥发性成分,根据其化学组成的差别,分别选取了12种和17种成分的峰建立了卷烟的特征指纹图谱,并与其仿冒产品对照用于真假卷烟的鉴别。结果表明:固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱分析是一个有效、简便、快速的真假卷烟鉴别方法,仅使用少量的样品,经过简单的处理,可以从复杂的烟叶成分中得到部分的香味成分构成指纹图谱,通过它们的峰位置和大致的比例关系,清楚地表达了指纹图谱鉴别的专属性,从而可以用于鉴别真假卷烟。Abstract: Volatile and semi-volatile components of two domestic brand cigarettes and their counterfeits were analy zed by SPME-GC-MS.The characteristic fingerprint spectrums of the cigarettes were established by the selection of twelve and seventeen total ion current peaks of the components according to the difference of their volatile compositions in these cigarettes.The genuine and counterfeit cigarettes were identified by comparison of their fingerprint spectrums.
