Effects of Varieties and Balanced Fertilization Rates on Chemical Components of Cured Tobacco Leaves

  • 摘要: 研究了不同品种以及平衡施肥量对初烤烟叶8种化学成分及两个比值的影响。结果表明:施肥量间烟叶总N、总糖、还原糖及糖碱比、施木克值呈显著差异,其余成分差异不显著。随着施肥量的增加烟叶总N含量提高,总糖、还原糖、糖碱比、施木克值降低;各品种间除烟碱含量外,其余成分和比值差异显著;二因素对烟叶化学成分的交互作用不显著。

     

    Abstract: Effects of various varieties and balanced fertilization rates on chemical components of cured tobacco leaves were studied.The results showed that total nitrogen, total sugar, reducing sugar, sugar/alkaloid ratio, and Schmuck's value of tobacco leaves were significantly affected by fertilization rates. With increase of fertilization rates, total nitrogen was increased while total sugar, reducing sugar, sugar/alkaloid ratio, and Schmuck's value were decreased; The chemical components and ratios differed significantly among varieties, except for nicotine. No significant interaction was found between these two factors on chemical components.
