  • 摘要: 介绍了光学烟叶杂物分选机的结构、分选原理和分选性能。它主要由烟叶摊薄部分、光学及数字视频处理部分和电控部分3个部分组成。其分选原理为:通过线性CCD摄像机对烟叶中杂物的颜色、形状与烟叶对比,由气动电磁阀剔除烟叶杂物。其分选性能为:一般情况下,光学烟叶杂物分选机对颜色的分辨能力可达10亿种,对杂物形状的分辨精度可以达0.73mm。

     

    Abstract: The elements, structure and funtions of an optical tobacco sorter is introduced. The sorter consists of 3 main parts:single-layer tobacco conveyer, optical and digital video image processor and electric controller. The color and figure of foreign matter are compared with that of tobacco by a linear CCD camera and foreign matter could be rejected by pneumatic electromagnetic valve. In general, the resolution capability of the optical tobacco sorter could resolve 1.0×109 kinds of color, and its resolving power to figure could reach 0.73mm.
