烟丝香气成分分析中固相微萃取方法的改进
Improvement of SPME Sampling Methods for Analyzing Aroma Constituents in Cut Tobacco

摘要: 采用固相微萃取顶空取样和气相色谱-质谱法分析卷烟烟丝的香气成分。实验采用65μ mCW-DVB纤维头,烟丝用量为1g,探讨了如下3种取样方法:①先在1g烟丝中加入1ml 3mol/L KCl溶液,然后在95℃下用65μ m CW-DVB纤维头顶空取样15min;②1g烟丝,在95℃下用65μ m CW-DVB纤维头顶空取样15min;③1g烟丝,用65μ m CW-DVB纤维头先在95℃下顶空取样15min,然后再于25℃下取样15min。在第3种取样条件下,低沸点成分和高沸点成分均获得最高的采样灵敏度,而第1种取样方法的效果最差。对出现上述结果的原因进行了理论解释。Abstract: The aroma constituents in cut tobacco were analyzed by HS-SPME-GC-MS. The 65μ m CW-DVB fiber was used. Three sampling conditions were investigated, 1):1.0 g of cut tobacco, added with 1mL of 3 mol/L KCl solution, headspace sampling 15 minutes with the 65μ m CW-DVB fiber at 95℃;2):1.0 g of cut tobacco, headspace sampling 15 minutes with the fiber at 95℃;and 3):1.0 g of cut tobacco, headspace sampling 15 minutes with the fiber at 95℃, then sampling 15minutes at 25℃. The results showed that condition 3 gave the most sensitive results for all the volatile constituents. The theoretical illustration of the results was also given.
