辊压法皱纹烟草薄片的试验研究

Experiments on Crinkling Rolling Process Reconstituted Tobacco

摘要: 为提高辊压法烟草薄片质量,在加纤薄片的基础上,进行了薄片起皱试验研究。通过胶粘剂、刀具、加纤量和浆料含水率及均匀度试验,确定了起皱方法,在90kg/h辊压机上制备出起皱效果良好的皱纹薄片,填充值达到6.6cm³/g,对提高我国烟草薄片的使用价值和降低卷烟焦油量、降低消耗具有一定意义。

Abstract: A crinkling method on the base of rolling process reconstituted tobacco added with fiber was experimented. Adhesives, knives, amounts of fiber added, water content, and uniformity of slurry were tested and the crinkling method was established.The filling power of the crinkled tobacco sheet produced by a 90 kg/h production line reached 6.6 cm³/g.
