新型烟草薄片粘合剂的生产及应用性能研究

Production and Application of a New Adhesive for Rolling Process Reconstituted Tobacco

  • 摘要: 在常温及催化剂作用下,采用玉米淀粉为主要原料,经碱化、氧化和交联等步骤合成了一种新型的烟草薄片粘合剂。试验结果表明:采用该粘合剂生产的烟草薄片具有较好的物理特性和吸味品质,优于现行使用的羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)。

     

    Abstract: A new adhesive for rolling process reconstituted tobacco was prepared from maize starch by alkalization, oxidation, and cross-linking. Experiments on application of the new adhesive in production of the rolling process reconstituted tobacco were conducted. The results showed that the physical properties and smoking quality of the reconstituted tobacco added with this new adhesive were better than those added with carboxymethyl cellulose.
