血红蛋白的提取及降低卷烟烟气中N-亚硝胺含量的初步实验

Preliminary Experiments on Extraction of Hemoglobin and its Application in reduction of N-nitrosamine in Cigarette Smoke

摘要: 从动物鲜血中提取了血红蛋白,并以血红蛋白为滤嘴添加剂加入卷烟中,研究其对卷烟烟气中亚硝胺含量的影响。结果表明,以血红蛋白为添加剂的滤嘴显著降低了卷烟烟气中N-亚硝胺的含量。

Abstract: Hemoglobin was extracted from fresh blood of animals and reduction of N-nitrosamine in cigarette smoke by the filter containing hemoglobin was determined.The results showed that N-nitrosamine in cigarette smoke was reduced significantly by using the filter added with the hemoglobin.
