氮源对香料烟生理特性的影响

摘要: 采用盆栽试验,研究了不同配比的氮素来源对香料烟生理特性的影响。研究结果表明,香料烟酸性转化酶的变化动态呈单峰曲线,高峰期出现在移栽后65d前后,碳代谢变化规律与光合性能的变化动态及氮代谢的变化动态规律基本一致,呈单峰曲线;硝酸还原酶的高峰期出现在移栽后50d前后,叶内的游离氨基酸总量变化动态呈前期高,旺长期最低,此后逐渐上升又下降的趋势。上部叶的碳氮代谢能力大于中部叶。不同配比的氮源影响烟株的代谢平衡,75%有机肥+25%无机肥的肥料配比有利于烟株的碳氮代谢平衡。Abstract: Effect of different N source on physiological characteristics of oriental tobacco were studied in pot. The results showed that the change of invertase activity took on one-peck curve, its peak value appeared at about 65 days after transplant.The change of model metabolism was similar to the change of photosynthetic capacity and N metabolism.Peak value of NR activity appeared at about 50 days after transplant.The total free amino acid contents in tobacco leaf were took on the trend of higher in early phase and lower in rapid growth phase, and then decreased during later mature stage.The C metabolism capacity of upper leaf was higher than that of cutters.The metabolism balance was influenced by different N sources in tobacco growth and the blended N sources of 75% organic and 25% inorganic fertilizer was in favor of C metabolism.
