辊压法烟草薄片加纤方法的研究

Experiment on Fiber Adding Process in Rolled Reconstituted Tobacco Production

  • 摘要: 通过在辊压法烟草薄片中加入木浆纤维的方法来提高烟草薄片的抗张强度、柔软度、耐折度和耐机械加工性能。在对原解纤方法、加纤方法分析研究的基础上,确定了新的解纤方法及干混时间、湿混时间、搅拌速度和加水量等工艺条件,使加纤量达到15%以上。制成的加纤薄片外观质量和物理性能明显优于不加纤薄片。

     

    Abstract: Experiments on the addition of fiber into rolled reconstituted tobacco were conducted. A new defibrination process, dry material mixing duration, wet material blending time, agitation speed, and amount of water added were studied. The content of fiber added in the rolled reconstituted tobacco could be up to 15%. The physical properties of the rolled reconstituted tobacco added fiber, such as appearance, tensile strength, flexibility, folding resistance, and processing endurance were better than that of tobacco sheet without adding fiber.
