辊压法薄片加纤工艺研究

Study on the Method for Fiber Adding to Rolled Tobacco Sheet

摘要: 在综合分析目前辊压法烟草薄片加纤工艺存在问题的基础上,介绍了一种新的烟草薄片加纤工艺。该工艺采用介质溶液,将木浆纤维均匀地分散于介质溶液中,然后随介质溶液将木浆纤维均匀地掺兑到烟粉中以达到均匀加纤的目的,解决了原有工艺所存在的问题,既克服了干加法对纤维的破坏,又避免了湿加法产生的"花片"、"白片"等质量缺陷。改进后的烟草薄片物理性能和薄片丝的有效利用率均有较大提高,且内在质量得到改善,具有设备改造简单、投资少、经济效益显著的特点。

Abstract: A new process for adding fiber to rolled tobacco sheet was presented. First, pulp fiber was homogonously dispersed in a medium solution, then the solution included fiber was uniformly spreaded in tobacco powder. Physical properties of the rolled tobacco sheet produced with the new process were significantly improved, and the availability of this sheet shred was considerably increased.
